Now you can enjoy your own polyamoryonline.org email address! Just email me here to request a username. I'll then send you your temporary password so that you can get started using this new account! You can either use our web based email client here, or follow the steps below to set up and use Outlook with your Webmail account. Whichever client you choose to use, once you receive your temporary password it is recommended that you login to the web based email client at least once to change your password to a more secure one.

To set up Outlook with your e-mail account

NOTE: The following procedure is for Microsoft Outlook 2003. You can also view a tutorial for Setting up Outlook with your e-mail account.
  1. In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts.

  2. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

  3. On the Server Type window, select POP3 and click Next.

  4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, in the Your Name field, type your first and last name.

  5. In the E-mail Address field, type your e-mail address.

  6. In the User Name and Password fields, type your user name and password, and then specify whether you want Outlook to remember your password. User name must be "you@yourdomain.com", not just "you".

  7. In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type the name of your incoming server mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is the name of your domain.

  8. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type smtpout.secureserver.net.

  9. NOTE: "smtpout.secureserver.net" is an SMTP relay server. In order to use this server to send e-mail messages, you must first activate SMTP relay on your e-mail account. Log on to your Manage Email Accounts page to set up SMTP relay. If you do not have SMTP relay set up and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) allows it, you can use the outgoing mail server for your Internet Service Provider. Contact your Internet Service Provider to get this setting. Relaying is set up on each of your accounts by default. The user name and password will be the same as the username and password you chose in step 6.

  10. Click More Settings.

  11. On the Internet E-mail Setting window, click Outgoing Server.

  12. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

  13. Select Log on using, and then, in the User Name and Password fields, type the user name and password you set up in the SMTP relay section of your Manage Email Accounts page.

  14. Specify whether Outlook should remember your password.

  15. Click the Advanced tab.

  16. In the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, change the port to 80 or 3535.

  17. Click OK.

  18. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, click Next.

  19. Click Finish.
