We are very interested in hearing about the life experiences of other folks living in or exploring a poly relationship. We currently receive contributions from many diverse people talking about an equally diverse collection of topics. Part of our focus for this community is to provide a complete resource covering all aspects of polyamory. Our contributing writers come from many different professional and educational backgrounds.
Currently we accept contributed writing on two different levels; Monthly Column and Feature Article. A monthly column is, obviously, one that appears at a minimum of oncer per month and preferably on or close to the same day each month. The author of a monthly column is given their own column title and byline, as well as an author profile and archive page for their column. We also provide a unique polyamoryonline.org email address for monthly contributors.
A feature article is defined as anything that appears only once. While this will be given some type of title and byline, obviously the title will change based upon submission content. If an author contributes three or more articles they will then be given their own archive page and an author profile if they so choose.
The subject matter is entirely up to the contributing writer, so long as it pertains to the general theme of this community. We review each piece for grammar and spelling prior to publication and make changes accordingly. We will never alter anything within a contribution that changes the meaning or focus in any way. All submissions remain the intellectual copyright of the author, and are attributed as such upon publication. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information regarding submitted writing.
